Stake Holder Meeting Notice- Constitution

Published Fri 05 Apr 2019

A major item in our Strategic Plan is the revision of our Constitution to make it consistent with governance arrangements required by Ausport (the Australian Sports Commission), Sport and Recreation Tasmania, and Rowing Australia.

A proposed constitution has been developed by the Board based on the Tasmanian Government’s model constitution for community organisations, and incorporating the governance arrangement developed by Rowing Australia through their 2015 Governance Development Project.  That project incorporated the Ausport “Mandatory Governance Principles” for sporting organisations.
