The Board of Rowing Tasmania is very pleased to welcome Ms Alison Kirkwood as an Appointed Director.

Ms Kirkwood has been a Chartered Accountant since 2014, has six years working experience as an Auditor, and seven years experience in charge of finance for not-for-profit organisations.

She has good understanding of the requirements of Governance, including risk management, audit processing and reporting obligations and also has experience with grant funding, particularly in assisting with budgets for grant applications, and grant acquittals.

Ms Kirkwood has been appointed for a period of 12 months.

Ms Kirkwood's expertise and skills will enhance those of the Board and we look forward to her involvement and contribution.
