Nationals Events Survey
Published Mon 11 Jul 2016
At the recent AGM an update was provided on the progress of the National Events Strategy Working Group, including presentation of the identified priorities. At that meeting we identified the need to gather input from the rowing community in order to inform the development of the final National Events Strategy, including through a survey of the rowing public.
Consistent with this, the National Event Strategy Working Group has today released its Public Survey which is designed to gather responses relating to national rowing events in general, as well as from specific event stakeholder segments (individuals from masters, schools, universities, clubs, etc). The focus of this survey is on events which are conducted at the National level, and not local State or club level and include:
·Australian Rowing Championships (Clubs & Schools)
·Australian Masters Rowing Championships
·New International Event Concepts
A link to the survey is available here - https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/NMYJTYD
Responses from a wide selection of the rowing public will give the best possible outcome for the survey and provide the basis to continue to develop the National Events Strategy. As such we would very much appreciate you forwarding this to all members of your state rowing community. The survey will remain open until Friday 5 August.
