DMCRC COACHING POSITIONS

DERWENT MERCANTILE COLLEGIATE ROWING CLUB is looking to expand their coaching team. We have a large group of new rowers who will benefit from an increase in Coaches to allow them to learn their new sport.

If you are a beginner coach, we can provide training and mentoring to get you on your way. If you are more experienced then we can provide more support with assistants etc. to help you run an age group program.

We are particularly keen to fill some Under 13 coaching positions which would involve 2 mornings a week initially, possibly increasing to 3 depending on the girls’ enthusiasm and strength as they improve.

We can forward a Position Description to anyone who is interested. The Commencement date would be the week of 11th October. In the first instance please email Sue Slue at the address below for further information.
